Spencer Elden, that naked baby from Nirvana's 1991 "Nevermind" album cover, is all grown up at the ripe old age of 17 and is finally speaking out about zillions of people having seen his bits and pieces!

"Quite a few people in the world have seen my penis, he says from his home in Los Angeles. 'So that's kinda cool."
