Why TV is not fun for bar applicants....

To the writers of General Hospital:
I realize that you live and work in California, but you should really do your research before you write scenarios for the cast of General Hospital, a soap that is supposedly set in New York.

First of all- Elizabeth's agreement with Jax and Courtney to be a surrogate mother for their baby is NOT ENFORCEABLE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK!

Second- the fact that Tracy and Luke were trying to set each other up to be caught in acts of adultery so that each could swindle the other out of the stolen Castadine money by divorcing on those grounds is BOGUS! Everyone knows that connivery is a defense to a divorce action based on the grounds of adultery!

Geez, do you honestly think that the people watching your soaps are complete ignoramuses??
